CRHL/Rec Season Registration Details
USA HOCKEY MEMBERSHIP
All players are required to register with USA Hockey and pay a annual fee. Registration opens April 1 of each year and is good for the upcoming season. In addition players will pay a $20 affiliate fee to our governing body CAHA.

25-26 REGISTRATION DETAILS
By registering for the 2025-2026 season, you will pay a non-refundable Registration Fee/Deposit, which will be applied toward your player’s tuition balance. As indicated in the Online Registration Contract, this fee is considered a deposit.
Please note that account credits cannot be used to pay for the Registration Fee/Deposit. Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card.
To set up your season payment, all players will initially be invoiced for the lowest team fee in their division. If your player is selected for a higher-level team, the invoice will be updated accordingly.
The annual $60 NoCo Building Fee, which goes toward a capital account, is included in the tuition fees for all players.
We also offer a graduated fee system to encourage early registration. The earlier you register, the more you save! This helps us determine the number of teams to field for each league in mid-summer, so don’t miss out on early registration discounts.
SIBLING/GOALIE DISCOUNTS
We continue to offer a sibling discount for the 25-26 season to the YOUNGER siblings. It will be a flat fee at each league. The oldest player will pay his/her respective full tuition amount and any/all younger siblings will have their discount applied no earlier than August. We truly appreciate the dedication and loyalty of our fami- lies by having their multiple children play hockey.

We continue to also offer a goalie credit to all players within the NCYH leagues. It will be a flat fee applied no earlier than end of September.

FOR THE 2025-2026 SEASON- THERE WILL BE NEW JERSEYS- ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO GET THE NEW JERSEYS.
SPECIAL NOTES
Any withdrawals from the program must be requested in writing and sent to the Director of Hockey Operations.
Financial Release Policy
After tryouts/evaluations have been completed and a player has been placed on an NCYH team -- If that player decides to play for another hockey association within the borders of Colorado, a financial release will only be granted once 50% of tuition owed has been paid. Please note the Registration Fee and $60 Capital Improvement Fund will not be refunded.
If during the season a player has to move out of state, becomes injured, or chooses to not play hockey, the following refund policy is in place for tuition refunds. No financial release form will be given.
- 80% refund if withdraw request received before Sep 15
- 60% refund if withdraw request received before Oct 15
- 40% refund if withdraw request received before Nov 15
- 20% refund if withdraw request received before Dec 15
- 0% refund if withdraw request received on/after Dec 15
