NCYH Scholarship Information

NCYH is proud to again partner with FCPHA, who is helping to grow the game of hockey in Northern Colorado by offering hockey scholarships to help cover full or partial tuition fees to eligible applicants.

FCPHA has been around since 1992. Starting our hockey careers at a late age we fell in love with the great game. FCPHA started putting on pond hockey tournaments in 2008 up in the Red Feather Lakes area. After several hockey players had major medical issues FCPHA became an organic 501C-3 organization in 2014, putting on a variety of events to raise money for hurt hockey players and the NOCO hockey community.

Last year the Board of Directors of FCPHA voted unanimously to make youth hockey their main beneficiary. If you are having financial troubles, we encourage new and existing players to apply for tuition assistance. FCPHA feels when you help a kid the future is better for all of us.

2025-26 FCPHA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Established in 1992 on the Prospect Ponds in Fort Collins, Colorado, FCPHA has grown from its modest beginnings into a significant source of support for our community. For a lot of us in FCPHA our hockey careers started when we were 30 or older. From that point on we have been passionate about the game of hockey. Over the years FCPHA has and continues to provide thousands of dollars in assistance to individuals and causes over the years - FCPHA.

Many Northern Colorado hockey players first experienced the joy of ice hockey on our Prospect Ponds at no cost. However, the expenses of formal competitive play—such as ice time, travel, and gear—can be daunting. FCPHA would like to help new and existing players get in the game by helping with their registration fees. Full or partial tuition scholarships will be given to eligible applicants.

If you or someone you know could benefit from this opportunity, please complete and submit an application form following the link below. The FCPHA Board will thoroughly review each application.

Here is the link to the application via a google form: Hockey Scholarship Application

You need an email address to access the form, which does not need to be a g-mail account.

We welcome your application.

Please submit applications by July 1, 2025

This will hopefully allow for review of applications and notifications to be sent prior to tuition payments being due.
