Session Structure


  • 4–5 stations

  • 10–12 minutes per station

  • Quick rotations

  • Competitive scoring elements built into each station

Quick Release & Catch-and-Shoot

  • Pucks to the net in under 2 seconds

Net-Front & Rebound Scoring
