Coaching Certification Reimbursement

NCYH will cover the costs associated with required coaching certification. To request reimbursement, please complete the Coaching Credit Form and email it—along with all supporting documentation (receipts, confirmation emails, certificates, etc.)—to Kim Stolz at Hockey@ncyh.org.

Credits will be applied to the appropriate player account(s) no later than December 1.
