UNDER 8 (U8) Preseason Skills/Evaluation Info
NOTE: Times are subject to change due to ice constraints
The season will begin with preseason skills sessions kicking off in late September, followed by evaluations for team and level placement in early October. These sessions help us form balanced teams and ensure each player is placed in the appropriate development group.
Once teams are finalized, each player will be provided with a jersey and hockey socks.
We’re currently finalizing the detailed preseason and evaluation schedule. This information will be emailed to you and posted on our website as soon as it is available.

The 25-26Season is quickly approaching, and we have some dates you might want to put on your calendar.
Please see below for information.
Pre-Season Skills- A time for U8 players to come skate and work on skills. Pre-season skills sessions are not mandatory, and you do not need to sign up to attend, but they are included in your tuition fees.
Team evaluations- Tuesday, October 7 & Thursday, October 9
Evaluations are how the teams are formed- All registered should attend, if possible, to assist in players being placed in the correct level. If your player is not able to attend, we do not have make-up sessions. They will just be assigned to a group and we can adjust if the director sees a need to move a child.
Please be sure to attend the session that relates to what level your player played for the 24-25 season.
