NCYH Registration Details

Registration documents that parents agreed to during the 2025–2026 youth hockey registration — provided here for reference

NOTICE:

Returning NCYH players will have exclusive access to register during the first two weeks of registration (June 2–15)

Returning players are classified as those who were rostered on an NCYH team for the 2024–2025 hockey season. Spring is not considered the "Regular season" therefore you are considered "New". 

**New-to-NCYH players may begin registering after June 15**, but per CAHA regulations, registrations will not be accepted or processed until after July 1 for non-returning members.

Registration is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each age level has a set capacity, and once that limit is reached, registration will be closed — no additional players can be accepted beyond that point.

Returning NCYH members are offered a priority registration window of two weeks. However, please note that this does not guarantee a spot. Once age group caps are reached, registration will close regardless of returning member status.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability, so we encourage early registration to improve your chances of securing a spot.

Failed Season Payments

If your payment or scheduled installment fails to process in Crossbar for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, closed account, do not honor), you will receive an automatic email notification informing you of the issue. This email will include a link directing you to your Crossbar account with NCYH, where you can update your payment information.

Please note, if the failed payment is not resolved within seven (7) days, a $25 late fee will be applied to your account.

💡 Note: All RMHF/Travel &CPHL/High School players are invoiced at the lowest team rate. Adjustments made post-team placement.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Sibling Discount (applied to younger siblings only)

• $200 – RMHF/Travel
• $90 – CRHL/Rec
• $40 – Under 8
• Issued no earlier than November.

🥅 Goalie Discount

• $200 – RMHF/Travel goalies
• $100 – CRHL goalies
• Issued no earlier than November.
