Omaha Tournament- 16U

Cornhusker State Games - Motto McLean Hockey Tournament - Omaha, July 17-19, 2026

NCYH is excited to invite you to register for the Motto McLean Hockey Tournament in Omaha, Nebraska this summer (https://www.cornhuskerstategames.com/sports/hockey/)! This will be the 9^th consecutive year we have participated in the Omaha tournament!

We will be registering teams at the Squirt, Peewee, Bantam, and U16 levels. Our initial plan is to register a minimum of 2 Squirt teams, a minimum of 3 Peewee teams, a minimum of 3 Bantam teams, and a minimum of 1 U16 team. Each age level is subject to add another team beyond our original expectation if there is enough interest. At all levels, there is far more initial interest than there are available spots, so if the age level you are looking to register for fills up, please email Scott Swanson (directorswanson@ncyh.org) to be placed on the wait list. We will have plenty of time (assuming people register in a timely fashion) to register additional teams for this tournament.  

All levels are listed as NEXT SEASON'S birth years, so U16s are 10s and 11s, Bantams are 12s and 13s, PWs are 14s and 15s, and Squirts are 16s and 17s. Coach Ulanski will run the Squirt teams, Coach Swanny will run the PWs, Coach Gordon will run the Bantams, and Coach Eagles will run the U16s.
