CPHL (High School)

Welcome to the CPHL Tryout Registration with the P Stars Hockey Program!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

What You’ll Need

Tryout & Registration Policy – CPHL/High School Hockey

• Your player MUST be registered to attend CPHL/High School Tryouts.
• In addition to the deposit, there is a tryout fee for CPHL/Club High School team registration.
• The tryout fee of $125 is non-refundable and non-transferable and is in addition to the deposit fee of $375 for a total of $500 which is due at registration. This tryout fee is NOT applied toward tuition.
• If a player tries out for the CPHL/High School team and is not selected AND is not not registered for CRHL/Rec, the deposit is refunded. However, if you registered for CRHL/Rec and decide NOT TO play, the deposit will NOT be refunded.
• Any player that is double registered for CRHL and CPHL — If you DO NOT make CPHL and CHOOSE NOT to play CRHL — Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE.
• IMPORTANT: If a player does not register for both CPHL and CRHL during the initial registration period and is uncertain about making the CPHL team, there is no guarantee that a spot will be available at the CRHL/Rec level.
• Spots in CRHL are not automatically held for players registered only for CPHL tryouts.
• All players will be invoiced for the lowest team in their division and invoices will be updated to the correct amount if he/she makes the higher level team.

Important Notes 

• The Coaching Staff along with the NCYH Hockey Directors have sole responsibility for player placement on a team. No refunds will be given for players who choose to leave because he/she did not make the team they wanted.
• Commitment - once placed on a team, families are responsible for all season fees. Families are also expected to volunteer to support their team.   

SAFE SPORT REQUIREMENT FOR PLAYERS BORN IN 2009 AND EARLIER

Please note, if you are a 2009 birth year or earlier, you will be required to take the SafeSport Core Training or Refresher Course prior to participation for the upcoming season. 

All players born in 2008 or earlier MUST complete SafeSport training. This training MUST be completed at least ONE (1) WEEK PRIOR TO TRYOUTS.

If SafeSport training is not completed by this deadline, your player will NOT be allowed on the ice for tryouts.

CPHL/U16 AA Season Jersey & Apparel Info:

• Jerseys, socks, breezer covers are part of the player's season tuition fees but will be owned by the player.
• After registration, please visit the Stick Rack with your shoulder pads and breezers to size and choose numbers. First come, first serve.
• U16 AA will wear the same CPHL apparel
